Very clean store with knowledge staff. Dean and Snyder are both great. Pricing if very competitive.
Poor service lazy staff I honestly believe they may be Racist. After working a 16 hour day rushing to the pool store to get some jugs filled. The store representative said to me hey come on man it’s 550 come on man as if he didn’t wanna do his job. The tone of his voice, his demeanor, his attitude I would never shop there again I suggest you all do the same. Ed’s pool & pumps keeps us loaded with high quality chemicals to ensure our clients are getting the proper cleaning
New customer, been there twice after leaving another pool company that I patronized for about 15 years. Pools and Ed’s Well are getting my business from now on. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman working there goes out of his way to explain all the chemicals and goes not over sell you any items. My pool has not looked this good in years. When I spoke about problems I had with my previous pool company he explained that he never speaks bad about his competitors and only speaks about the high lights of his company. ... read more
