Called Jason for paperwork on a pool that he resurfaced two years ago. He said he was no longer Artistic Pools, but would look for the paperwork. That was December and now it's March. I have not heard anything, even a professional phone call stating he was not able to find the paperwork, he has the computers....anyway, have done my homework and noticed that neither the owner or first in charge are bit licensed for any work in the state of Florida. Had an awesome experience with Pools By The Bay. They were very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns. Caroline and Jason have been amazing. My pool has never looked better!
In my opinion, unprofessional. We moved into our new house in late June, and the seller told us that Pools By The Bay had been servicing the pool, so naturally we contacted them to continue service. We met with Jason and explained our needs and expectations: Reliability and communication. We recognize that "stuff happens," and that sometimes schedules get adjusted.
