RUN from this company! Horrible customer service, very difficult to work with and will cost you money with every interaction. They do not stand by their products or installations. Extremely short staffed, highly emotional employees that are not solutions oriented (just complainers) and will make your pool experience horrible. In 2003, Pools by Murphy and sons installed a unite underground pool on our property. The original contract stated they would have the work done in 1 month and it took 4 months. Within a year, decorative tiles began falling off. Every year, multiple tiles fall off. The coping has not held up either. The decking is 3' wide and the top surface has broken off in some spots. I hired them to renovate the pool deck 3 years ago, After two failed attempts to renovate (and long interruptions in the use of the pool) the pool deck looks worse than when we started and the coping is cracking and falling into the pool. The workmanship and supervision of the project was abysmal, they damaged the pool, and fixed the part they damaged but will not respond to the issues around the deck., even though we were willing to work with them to come up with another solution.

Pools By Murphy did an awesome job on our pool. Highly recommend this company. They were very professional and went above and beyond. Our pool came out better than we could have ever imagined.
