We hired Pools by Angelo late in the season to install a pool this Fall(2024). When you start a large project such as a pool yard, it can go 1 of 2 ways. Hired Pools by Angelo to convert our chlorine system to salt. Horrible experience from start to finish. We were told they would let us know when they were coming so we could coordinate an electrician to come right after they installed the system to avoid our pump being off for long periods of time. They called and said they’d receive the parts, and would confirm the date. They didn’t.
