My water pump failed right before Thanksgiving, but they quickly resolved the issue, even though it wasn't strictly necessary. Their service has always been excellent, with fair prices and positive results.
Could not be happier with the service I received at Pool's. They took me in last minute, & saved my @ss....very friendly & professional, I'll definitely be calling them first in the future for sure.
Broke down in Klamath Falls on a road trip 700 miles from home, and the guys at Pools were able to get me in and diagnose my car issue an hour before they closed. I was on the road again by 11 am the next day, which was exactly when they told me I would be. Honestly the best case scenario for a worst case situation. They were all very friendly as well, highly recommend.
