About 12 months ago, I purchased a salt chlorinator, which never worked despite numerous calls to the online pool store in Qld. I have been a customer of the Woolooware Pool shop for about 15 yrs but went on line thinking that replacing an old unit with a retro version would be pretty straight forward and more cost effective. The follow up service from Qld was appalling and dismissive and I was unable to rectify the poor pool water quality....the chlorinator simply did not work.
