I first contacted Mark from 101 Pools in November 2024. Our vinyl liner pool had 'died' and we needed help to resurrect it! Mark made a time to come out and see us and discussed with us the option available to us. Resurface it with fibreglass. It is the best thing we have ever done. Mark said that he would be able to start the work on 28/1/2025 and true to his word is the day it all started. His team turned up and got to work. I had got Pool 101 to do the resurfacing of my fibreglass pool earlier this year and I am really happy with their work. Mark was great to deal with. Always followed up on the work and as we had water table underneath the pool, Mark went out of his way to do the work without causing any problems to the pool. I recommend Pool 101 to anyone looking to resurface their pool.
