Ordered rubber o-rings online. Wrong parts arrived. Two weeks, three emails, and three phone calls later they refunded my money because they couldn’t find the part. No response to my emails, no calls back. Shit happens , but there was very poor communication and effort on their part.

Purchased item listed as In Stock, got cancellation notice "pump is obsolete" and refund back to card could take 5 business days. Waste of time. Similar item not offered. This seems to be rampant problem with pool equipment suppliers (listing items as In Stock when they are not).
Customer service was not helpful, and the return policy does not exist for pool pumps. This company is not an official PENTAIR distributor, so they cannot offer returns. I imagine it is the same for other pieces of pool equipment. The owner of POOLPLAZA, Blake, didn't want to work with me to return the pool pump and advised me to sell my brand new pump (which failed after being installed) on the Facebook marketplace or eBay.
