Pool Plaza is a company that cares about its customers. I recently ordered the wrong part, had they not been so accommodating about my error it could have been an expensive hassle. It's nice to see a company that really cares about its customers and understands that long term customer relationships are better than a quick deal today. 5 stars to them!
This company is tremendous. Ordered a new Sta-Rite Pool Filter from them. Easy to order. Got a great price. Shipping exceeded the estimated delivery date. Everything was perfect. I accidently disposed of a drain plug and emailed them. They sent me another at no charge. I made the mistake of ordering a pool product from another Pool Supply company and everything was a nightmare. I won't use anyone but PoolPlaza.com again.
Ordered rubber o-rings online. Wrong parts arrived. Two weeks, three emails, and three phone calls later they refunded my money because they couldn’t find the part. No response to my emails, no calls back. Shit happens , but there was very poor communication and effort on their part.
