We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Pool Painters. John provided an extremely reasonable quote to drain, clean, and paint our very large concrete pool and was able to get the job done within a couple of weeks of my first phone call. Walter (who did the work) was very easy to communicate with and did an excellent job cleaning the pool (which was in such a bad state when he started!). Non existent customer service once you've paid - we wasted so much time and effort trying to get Poolpainters Warriewood to honour their warranty. Paint used was not the paint that was specified in the quote (brand and colour). Paint failed (bubbling/peeling/flaking) after 6 months - owner blamed a 'bad batch' of paint. 2nd lot of paint failed 3 weeks after repainting, 3rd paint failure after 2 months of repainting.
