Non existent customer service once you've paid - we wasted so much time and effort trying to get Poolpainters Warriewood to honour their warranty. Paint used was not the paint that was specified in the quote (brand and colour). Paint failed (bubbling/peeling/flaking) after 6 months - owner blamed a 'bad batch' of paint. 2nd lot of paint failed 3 weeks after repainting, 3rd paint failure after 2 months of repainting. The time taken trying to get a response/warranty repair from the owner is actually greater than the longevity ... read more
Unfortunately our experience is negative. The paint has peeled off, it’s started within a few months. We made contact and John advised it would be redone last winter- since then they don’t return calls, emails or enquiries. Super disappointing service.
Wayne has completed the job of painting my pool. He had delays with weather but attended as soon as possible when good weather was predicted. The pool looks marvellous & I think he has done a good professional job.
