I recently bought a house with a 14 foot swim spa and felt in over my head so to speak. Dwain has been a lifesaver and patient teaching me about the swim spa, sharing all kinds of information to help me understand the spa and chemicals needed to keep it healthy. Had my first visit. Very interesting experience but not in a good way. Avoid at all cost.
What a joke this place is. I needed a simple salt cell replacement they quoted me $4000 for and then took advantage of my ignorance and fed me lies saying I needed this upgrade then that. When they finally got it installed it was $12,000. And they left it inoperable. When I asked them to please get it working they charged me $325 for a service charge then called the next day to say they revised it and I owe another $200!!!!
