Very , very, unprofessional ! We called them to help with our pool. They showed up for the consultation and said it needed to be drained. We agreed on the price and we later set a date for it to be done. No one ever showed up or called to say they would be late,. We had to contact them. They did not even apologize. They said they could be there the next day at 9 am. Again no one showed up or called. Two days of work I missed because of them.

I have used PoolMaxx for several years. I would give them 10 stars if I could. As most pool owners know, pool maintenance can be very expensive. After paying too much, for things not needed, I landed with Bill Williams and the PoolMaxx team. They have great integrity and do everything they can to maintain your equipment so that you avoid costly repairs. They are incredibly responsive and reasonable. I highly recommend Poolmax for all of your Pool needs

Contacted this place in late May of 2022. The owner was responsive, courteous and pleasant to speak with at the time. They came out and fixed both a damaged ball diverter valve and a leak at the bottom of my chiller. Took them less than 30 minutes to complete the work for $570. Less than 2 months later my chiller starts leaking again in the same spot so I’ve attempted to reach out to the owner Bill and he has not responded.
