I have been using Poolmax for 5 years and they are awesome! They are reliable, always on time for an appointment, excellent pricing (cheapest I found) friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. You will NOT find a better Pool company and if you know someone who is looking to get a pool, they should call them. They just completely redid my neighbors pool and it is BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend them! My pool has looked like this since the day they opened it this year!
Why do so many companies not want to retain customers? I've been struggling to find a decent pool company. I had them do my opening in 2022 figured I'd have them do the closing. Called to schedule then was told to text my request to the number. I did assuming they would get me on the schedule. Nope, two weeks later no calls, not returning my calls and does not respond to text messages. Sorry folks but not willing to be a paying customer if this is the way you do business.
It's time for closing so I remembered this company. Just terrible. Worst communication I've ever experienced. Sometimes I'd get no reply during business hours so I'd leave a message, but nothing. Other times I'd be told to expect a call back, but nothing. Idk why there are suddenly better reviews. I'd be wary of those if I were you. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience I absolutely do not have Pool Max mixed with another company. My pool always had a green hue instead of blue. Not algae green just a green color. I thought it was from bottom and reflections off water since I live on the water. I thought it was completely normal because it always tested normal. I had to hire new pool company and stumbled across PoolMax. They came in and discussed with me that my pump and filter system was too small for my pool. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything new.
