Poolmax and their team are absolutely wonderful. They promised us a pool by summer and boy did they deliver! Its magically to see your backyard go from concrete and grass to a pool oasis. the whole experience was five stars. Their quality and craftsmanship above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
This company honestly has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will tell you that they pride themselves on customer service but in the multiple months that I tried to work with them, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK ONCE. I honestly don't know what their "coordinator", George, does all day other than ignore his phone and lie to people about making progress on their jobs or calling people back. I had my pool filter equipment fix. When I called Poolmax they answered the phone right away and a person named George help me. Great service, answered all my questions, very helpful, had a repair person out to my house the very next day - great repair guy - fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend the company. I will definitely use them again. Can't say enough about how great the service was.!!!!
