Job was left Incomplete , office staff does not help to solve issues , sales tells you call our service department. Service department never calls you. Bad way of doing business, go hire anyone else that will actually complete the work specially when you paid 200k for the pool to be built. Do not hire them to do the work they won’t complete it .
If your a driver and have to deliver/pickup it’s easier to pull on the side street (Kenmar Rd) and back in. Showed up 15 minutes before my appt time and was given a door, fast loading
