Pool master was great at problem solving and getting our soft tub back in working order. Helpful advice. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff.
Took my Softub to Poolmaster and experience was less than stellar as it took a while for them to get back to me...lot's of miscommunication/no communication. I eventually went to another Softub dealer (Much further away from me). I wish the customer service was a little better, but c'est la vie
