I have been a client of Poolmaster for the 7 years I have had my pool. I am very pleased with their service on every level. Talon the owner answers all my calls and deals with everything I request immediately and effectively. Jerry in service as well is very efficient and ensures my needs are taken care of. Yvonne in repairs has helped me to deal with a major problem. My pool robot stopped working and the warranty ran out two months ago. Their first service kid was a new hire that messed up the pool chemistry by bringing the pH of the pool to 9.. the second service kid brought it below 6. Finally after a week they sent a guy named Sean to fix the new hires mistakes by dumping my own paid for acid In my pool. Now they are trying to bill me for it. If your staff messes up own it.. don't send me the bill for 1500$. I also cleaned my own filters and they tried to charge me for that too. Their own service guy Mathew watched me do it. working with pool master has been amazing! we purchased an older home with an existing pool that hasnt been opened in a couple of years. talon and his team came and transformed it! they got it up and running for us super quick. whenever anything comes up, talon and & jerry respond super quick and always have a fast turnaround. i highly recommend using poolmaster for any pool needs!
