I Do Not recommend Poolman services at all. They are expensive for the poor service they provide. The guy that takes care of my pool does not clean since last visit a week ago the pool turned green, obviously he isn't doing what he is supposed to. When you bring it to attention they always have an excuse or talk back to you, not to mention when I try to reach the poolman company by phone they never answer the phone call.. so as a right now I am stuck with a green pool and can not get a hold of the pool techs or customer serv... read more
You might as well be doing business with zombies. No, I think zombies would be more responsive. Look closely at their web page and listen closely to their phone message system. Unless you already know the name of someone who works there, you CANT TALK TO ANYONE at their office. The techs do a good service, but the office management and accounting departments are a nightmare. Our credit union sends Poolman the same check every month. But every once in a while, Poolman decides to start crediting our payments to someone else's ... read more
This is the worst company there can be from customer service to the technicians. They do not listen to the client and they do not clean the pool how they are suppose to. I have cameras installed outside my home and the pool technician never vacuum or brushes the pool or the spa area I have called numerous times and they do not care. They charge a good amount of money for what they do! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!
I have used this company for many years. It seems that I have to call the company everyother month because services where not completed correctly. They overcharged for a pool vacuum that wasn't even the correct vacuum for my pool. It took them a couple years to tell me it was the wrong vacuum and they offered a discount on the right vacuum. Even with the discount they wanted to carge me more than amazon for the same model.
