Called for a lid for the basket, couldn’t seem to find one online or a part to match the pump number. Got through to customer service for him to say he’ll call me back, but never did. Go Hayward and Hayward only
Excellent service their sales team is great the owner is awesome I've been dealing with them for over 15 years if there was a bump in the road they've always made sure I was taken care of I stay there five stars
Terrible customer service. The owner is rude. They sent the wrong pool parts and refused to replace them and send them overnight unless I paid for it. Even though it was there mistake.
