We absolutely loved our experience with Pooligans! They communicated clearly, were (and are) very responsive when I've texted or called, and did a great job with the pool installation! One of the things I really like about Pooligans is that they have the same crew that does all of their pool installations. They know what they're doing. Some of the other pool companies have multiple crews. It's the luck of the draw as to whether you get a good or an inexperienced crew. I would go with Pooligans again and again.
Pooligans did an amazing job! They came out on very short notice and were able to get our pool open quickly and efficiently. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. We really appreciated how responsive they were and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and fast pool service!
We had some electrical lines damaged during a project last fall that were repaired months ago. When trying to open the pool cover we could not get the keypad to work. Taylor came after hours and worked on it for a couple hours, but we were still unable to solve the issue. He said he would send out an electrician, who was more familiar with our specific keypad, the next day to fix it. As promised, the electrician showed up early and had it fixed before we knew it. Would definitely recommend for any pool issues!
These guys are true professionals. I had a leak in my fiberglass pool and was worried it was going to cost me a fortune. They located a crack in one of the returns and said they would be back the next day with parts to fix it. Not only did they show up on time, they repaired and had a my pool up and running again without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Pooligans. Great guys who are honest and fair.
I contacted Taylor Ford at Pooligans to help us de-winterize our pool and look at our installation. They were very professional, worked hard, and completed the work quickly for a fair price. I asked them to provide me a quote for additional work to automate our chemical controls. I received a quote the same day and will be using them for other work. I recommend them as a quality team to get your pool work completed.
