Poolgenix handled a refit of our pool, including repairs to the hydraulics, all new circulation pumps and a brand new chemical dosing and monitoring system. The service was thorough and beyond professional. The most stand out factor for me though is the unreal level of aftercare: no question or problem is too daft or small, it’s always dealt with quickly, professionally and effectively.

We received outstanding service from Ant at Poolgenix Ltd We contacted Ant, who responded fast and efficiently, fitted our new heat pump and serviced our filter, replacing the sand with new media. Everywhere was left as it should be! Cannot recommend highly enough; these guys know their stuff.

Great service from Ant from start to finish. Replaced our filter, pump and heat exchanger. Pool now operating perfectly. The work was carried out so efficiently and left our plant room looking so tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend Poolgenix.

Fantastic service from Ant and Poolgenix. New lining fitted to our pool along with new steps. His workers were quick, neat and tidy and he is very helpful if you have any issues. Cannot recommend enough.
