After months of phone calls and photos to different pool services, I finally found Nick. He came out without insisting on a prior deposit before making an appointment for an estimate like the other companies had. This is the BEST pool service company in the area! Nick is outstanding and I immediately knew he that he takes his job seriously and actually cares about the pools like it's his own. Nick made a point to come to our house to double check on an issue we had before we even committed to hire his company. He took the time out of his busy to educate us on certain aspects of our pool and remedies to the current challenges to our pool. Update: it has been 3 week still have not heard back from owner Jason, he said in email he filed insurance claim. It’s clearly a lie. I assume they are not insured. Hire them at your own risk. ———————— Update: I repeatedly requested the company’s insurance information so the matter could be reviewed and resolved through the proper claims process. I recommend this company. They came out and cleaned my pool because the other company I was using made my pool turn green within 2 hours. I called poolfection and they done an amazing job getting it back to being crystal clear
