Update: I repeatedly requested the company’s insurance information so the matter could be reviewed and resolved through the proper claims process. However, Jason either ignored those requests or refused to provide the information. Despite the video footage, photographs, and other evidence I supplied, he continues to deny responsibility for the damage. I recommend this company. They came out and cleaned my pool because the other company I was using made my pool turn green within 2 hours. I called poolfection and they done an amazing job getting it back to being crystal clear

Our technician was amazing
Long, sorry. Started service in September. We have a salt water pool, and in the beginning, for the first month we were smelling strong chlorine odors coming from the pool. We had guests complaining that their eyes were burning, and we would get out of the pool smelling like chemicals for days.
