Our technician was amazing
Long, sorry. Started service in September. We have a salt water pool, and in the beginning, for the first month we were smelling strong chlorine odors coming from the pool. We had guests complaining that their eyes were burning, and we would get out of the pool smelling like chemicals for days. THESE PEOPLE SENT A TEXT AND AN EMAIL EVERY OTHER DAY LIKE CLOCKWORK FOR MONTHS ON END. I EMAIL AND MSG THEM ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND POTENTIALLY HIRING THEM AND I GET ZERO RESPONSE. What a joke. Not only did they not reply, but their automatic emails and texts kept coming after I contacted them! Good way to get business.
Excellent service my pool is always crystal clear. Very reliable. Attention to detail in keeping my pool and equipment in top running condition. I would highly recommend them for all your pool needs.
