Friend's mother in law passed away. Did an online funeral bouquet arrangement order to be delivered. Paid $180 for the flowers! 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FUNERAL I get an email. Sorry your order is cancelled. Store is closed. Well I'm sorry but why the hell did ya let me order? Now I got no flowers, no time to re-order, and $180 on my credit card that I have to wait on for refund. Never again! 🤬
Ordered online for a funeral arrangement. Got confirmation the arrangement would be delivered. The next day we got an email... not a phone call... saying the arrangement couldn't be delivered because they are closed. So why weren't the orders online disabled?
