Not the first orthodontist I have been to, but the most patient, friendly and super polite, despite my many questions. Easy parking in a residential area.
I had to call as an assistant for my bosses appointment for a reschedule and tried multiple times, had me waiting for days, the appointment was scheduled for 29th august and I had been trying to reschedule for more than a month and they never picked up, as I was not in the UK I could not go in person but their service over the phone is absolutely appalling!
Anonymous account as I am still a patient here and do not want to compromise my treatment quality, not like it could get much worse. Terrible orthodontist. So incredibly inconsiderate of patients situations. Dr bash dawood lied straight to me about when my braces would come off forcing me to make an unnecessary 3 and a half hour journey where he achieved nothing. Made us wait over a year to tell me we don't qualify for NHS treatment, what a s. show you are running there! Just tell all the people on the wait list they must go private and save yourself the trouble... AVOID AVOID AVOID
