I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. My experience was awful, so much so when I have shared my story with other dental professionals and orthodontists (for second opinions) they are shocked by Dr. Poole's lack of professionalism/treatment plan. Being nearly finished with my Invisalign treatment and looking forward to receiving my final retainers, Dr. Poole and her staff have been nothing short of excellent, showing efficiency, having great communication skills, and always being able to gift me a bright smile on my face with each visit, truly. Their kindness is one that should not go without gratitude, and I very much recommend Poole Orthodontics!
Spent 3 years in Invisalign thanks to COVID, Dr. Poole and her staff never missed a step and were never anything short of being absolutely wonderful and caring the entire time. If I could give them 6 stars I absolutely wouldn't hesitate.
My visit to Dr. Poole was extremely wonderful and helpful. Going in a little stressed she was able to keep me calm and comforted. The staff behind the desk was so informative and helpful. I even received a cookie after my visit which made it 100% worth it!
