Quick to help and has a few experiences there. Visited during my CBT and also got a bike from there.
Paid a deposit for a new bike, all good and very efficient at this point. Unfortunately was then hit with a huge increase in my local storage costs and a few days later emailed to say sorry but I’ll have to cancel my order and explained fully the reason. Asked for my deposit back and it was at this point that I was ghosted. 4 emails over a 2 week period and absolutely no acknowledgement or reply to requests for a refund. Misleading and not worth travelling the distance. Try get a service elsewhere these guys take way too long and will have you waiting way longer than advertised.
Fantastic quick service, problem solved in less than 30 minutes.
Excellent after care service. Would highly recommend
