First of all, this isn't some "Karen" trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. The office of Richard Poole is literally the worst business operation I have come across in my 53 years of life. My case was a simple one and should have been completed by March. After a ridiculous amount of phone calls and emails I finally had to call the NC board. They told me they are aware of the issues and to send them the details. I finally got resolution from the board 7 MONTHS LATER!!! With not a peep from the offices of Richard Poole... read more

Nothing good. Cannot get in touch with anyone. When you do it is a RUDE lady. Went to his office twice. Once he was passed out at his desk. The other he tried to sneak out the back.

I have worked for attorneys for years and I understand people becoming frustrated with experiences in an attorney's office. I hired Mr. Poole to handle a matter for me and found the staff I dealt with to be more than adequate. I found Mr. Poole to be an honest man that answered my questions intelligently and with confidence. A year or so later, I heard he was looking for staff and I made contact with him.
