He was very professional and made me feel comfortable
1. We were 1.5 hours at the clinic. Appointment time 4:30, and didn’t leave until 6:15. Very unhappy about the wait. 2. Dr. Poole was very unprofessional!!!! 3. He did not shake mine or my husband’s hand when he entered. 4. He immediately began by stating several times that I had cancer because I’ve never had a colonoscopy. 5. I explained to him about my recent emergency hospital visit and he didn’t act like that was very important. 6. I was very pleased with my visit Dr Poole, he took his time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me in plain terms so I could understand. I came out feeling so much better
