Very clean and organized office. The dr. was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office.
The other day i went in, for the second time, to have my glasses adjusted/fixed. I am SO glad I was lucky enough to get Kim again because she is an ace! Wow, friendly, efficient, talented and savvy—she has done miracles for my glasses when I was certain they were gonners. She’s definitely my new eye glass girl. Very good experience. Also, Dr. Poole is sweet and knowledgeable, and I’m glad they’re my new ophthalmology home. It’s a beautiful facility, too. Thank you! 👓
Poole Eye Associates has been such a blessing for me. They took care of me when I had my initial corneal abrasion, and have helped me through my recurrent corneal erosion since then. As opposed to other eye doctors I had tried in the DFW area, these folks are the cream-of-the-crop. They are intentional, thorough, concerned about your needs and questions, and constantly trying to work towards the goal of your comfort and healing. My dad swears by them as well. They were attentive, professional and courteous. One of my best if not the best eye doctor experiences I had. Very recommended.
