As I'm homeless I only go there for a shower and this time I had a much better experience. The staff were very professional and friendly and very helpful. I'm pleased to see that they have put up a mirror in the disabled shower room and that it was clean. No complaints this time people.

Now I live in a vehicle and I'll come for a shower. The reception staff would not allow me to use one of the small changing rooms she said I can only use the public one. Well the state of the disabled shower wasn't very good. It had not been cleaned and there was no mirror as you can see in my pic. When you pay £4.50 for a shower only u expect the decency of them allowing you 2 use the less public shower as I need to be naked. I don't think I will be coming back here. Been a member for around 3 years now, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my experience so far. Swimming lessons are great, good quality pools and friendly teachers, changing rooms are good as well as the showers but the toilets can be a bit rough and disgusting but overall, I'm quite happy. I'll be continuing to use this centre until the end. The only major bad thing is that whenever I try to call to book an activity like today, the wait can get so annoying.
