Absolutely appalling service from Poole Diesel. I paid a large sum of money just two weeks ago for work that was supposedly “fixed,” only to discover that the repair had completely failed within a fortnight. When I took it back, instead of taking responsibility, he was rude, dismissive, and patronising, trying to blame everything and anything except his own workmanship. Straight talking knows his stuff
Had a bad fuel pump leak from my old T4, no one was keen to remove and repair if they were it was going to be very very expensive, Dropped van off one afternoon ready the next morning, John really knows his stuff and is an excellent engineer, total cost was about a 1/3 of purchasing and having a new pump fitted, highly recommended,
Don’t waste your time with this shower , told me my injectors couldn’t be cleaned or repaired Yet said we can supply recon ones ????????? Anyway do yourself a favour and get to m&b fuels at Eastleigh couldn’t be of more help and cleaned injectors no Problem
Excellent customer service & completed the required work quickly in good time
