Met with Mike in Feb for a remodel on my home. During the initial visit said they would not be able to start until October. Paid him for initial design work. Never provided me with a project cost. I sent various notes and messages to him that went unanswered. In July Mike said he will not do this remodel. Now I need to start from the beginning.

Mike Poole is not only a quality homebuilder, but also a quality person. We built a new beach home during the worst possible time in terms of Covid-related price increases, supply disruptions, and shortages. He was always upfront, honest and communicative in terms of the schedule and other important issues. His followup since finishing the house has been impeccable. Just had our Condo remodeled in the kitchen, hall, and main area with Poole Contractors. They are great and highly recommended! Very professional, great craftsmanship, communication, and great effort on sourcing materials. The Project Management outstanding. They were able to get all my appliances which is a big issue right now and find my flooring which I used a year ago in our bathrooms which was discontinued since then!
