Dr. Carol Poole is great and I would recommend her to all my female friends. Dr. Poole takes the time to listen to my concerns and to answer my questions thoroughly. I feel so relieved to have found a doctor I can talk to and trust with my medical care. The office personnel have been always been courteous on my visits. .
Tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was completely rude and unprofessional. Very sad that they hire people with these type of customer service skills.
