Absolutely horrendous! Purchased an A6 in December 2023. Guaranteed checked and free from defect. Day 1 fuel system fault, central locking fault and climate control fault. 20 months later the car still has a fuel system fault despite 15 attempts to rectify. They lie to you constantly and have no interest in customer service or repairing the vehicle. If you have to purchase an Audi please use another dealer.

Very pleasant staff, generous with refreshments while you wait. While this is very nice it would be helpful for this in a hurry to drop and go, each time I visit (minor service and then a warranty visit) it took 30 minutes to book the vehicle in.
5 star service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Mark when purchasing our new car. Mark was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He made the whole process so easy and kept us updated every step of the way. I usually dread dealing with sales people but Mark changed that. It was the best experience of buying a new car.
