Ali Bone (Master Technician) in their service department has been incredible. He’s managed to fix an issue with my Audi A8 that was very tricky to diagnose and remedy. But he did it and on top of that his level of customer service was outstanding. I’m especially grateful for the time he spent with me explaining the various options and solutions and getting everything resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Aly.
