I never really write reviews but i had to write one with many thanks to lucy for her excellent service and incredible support in finding me my perfect Audi. I walked in not expecting to find my dream car but lucy was on the money with everything. she made me feel so comfortable and explained every aspect of the process etc in detail so i understood exactly what i was getting. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cameron for his excellent service. From the start he helped find the perfect car for me, he was always up for a chat and was very responsive. There was a slight delay in collecting the car, but again it only showed Cameron’s dedication to customer satisfaction as he arrange a hire car for me until my new car was ready. All round an amazing experience, thank you.
Could not thank Hayley enough! She was so friendly and professional and talked me through everything, a true asset to any company! Thank you to Laura too for showing me the car I could not recommend Poole Audi enough, my car is amazing!
