Great engineer, nothing to complain about
We contracted (and paid) for a design. Dennis and Zenia kept pushing delivery time. weeks after that, they still have to answer our calls. We have requested a refund. Let's hope they honor at least that.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with them. I paid $2300 for pool plans. Dennis started our plans, but did not complete them. It was for an intracoastal home, and he could not seem to figure out the footers of the house and how to run pipes. My GC had multiple conversations with his wife, where she eluded to not knowing how to complete a project like this. My GC ended up hiring another pool company to complete the plans.
