We’ve been using Poolcraft to service and maintain our solar pool heating system, and the experience has been outstanding. Marcus has been incredibly helpful — consistently going above and beyond. When we moved into our home, he came out to inspect the entire system and didn’t even charge us for the visit. Last year, we had to relocate some of the solar panels to allow for roof repairs, and Marcus and his team handled everything seamlessly — removing and reinstalling the panels with great care and professionalism. Fantastic repair service. A competitor wanted a lot of money and never fixed the solar problem. Poolcraft fixed it in 30 minutes and fixed the iAquaLink system which the Jandy customer service people has totally messed up. I highly recommend this company. Friendly and professional.
Excellent service and communication!
The service itself has been reliable and my regular pool cleaner is friendly. I find their customer service to be lacking however.
Wish you could give no stars….. so rude and have no customer service! Find another company
