The sand in the pump needed replacing so I called them in (Used them previously) got a quote for £335 which I agreed to but when the invoice came there was an extra one for £108 which I was never told about or agreed to. While the engineer did his usual nice job the billing department need to relearn their job .I will not be using them again because of this.
Always super helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had some refurb works done at my property which went seamlessly and Josh and team were tidy and polite.
Extremely bad driving by 1 of the drivers in the company van cut me off then proceed to give me the 2 finger salute! Do you want people like this in your personal space?
