Three phone calls to this company for a price quote. All went unreturned. Not sure how they stay in business.
I hired this company to resurface my pool. The tile and plaster were to cost a little over $16,000. Bart has received over $10,000. The little bit of work his crews have done has been absolutely horrible! He will not call back. I have offered several options for him to walk away and let me hire a company to fix the mess he started (never finished) He will not call or email me. He is a dishonest thief who has stolen our money! Read their BBB reviews......F rating!
