Both my husband and I highly recommend PoolBoy to anyone who is looking for a hot tub. For their hard work ethics, always ready to answer any questions you may have, their supplies great stock. We love our Artic Spa hot tub from PoolBoy. The service from PoolBoy is phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to hot tubs. Chris (owner) is a straight-up guy and Denise (staff) is always friendly and happy to help whether it’s questions on your chemicals or with your complete water analysis (which is free by the way). We highly recommend PoolBoy for all your hot tub needs.
In my 5th year of our Arctic spa. Maintenance and warranty work have been great . Justin has been main contact point since ordering our spa and is great to work with and address problems . Jordon has run most of the on the ground show for repairs and maintenance . Pleasant and great quality work and has even picked up on minor problems that I didn’t notice before they became real problems . Not cheap but quality and accessibility has been great .
We are very happy with the amazing care and attention to detail shown by Denise, Justin, and Jordan! They were all very professional and listened to what we were looking for and not just selling us a product. Chris has a great team and I fully recommend dropping in to see for yourself if you are looking into buying a hot tub!!
It was our first winter storm on Friday and the power was out. Delivery of my Arctic Spa hottub was planned for Friday. I was thinking that there was NO WAY that the tub would be delivered and set up when I woke up on Friday morning. Well…..:) I had my first soak in the hottub on Friday night!!!!! The Poolboy team has been awesome!!! Thank you Denise, Jordan and Justin. I can see why you’re getting the great reviews. Keep up the great work!!
