What a great experience. Good old fashioned service, and the best price. Almas at Poolbay is a gem. The item I wanted was unavailable anywhere, so I had to wait. (2 weeks) Almas kept me informed and called or messaged every couple of days, with updates. Very helpful and pleasant people. Very knowledgeable also. Bought new Vapure VP35.
I purchased some bromine and spa shock from there ebay store which I never received. Poolbay did nothing to help. I only got one response from them telling me to wait after that nothing. Tracking shows it was never posted. Had to make a claim through ebay.
Bought a i16 evoheat pool heat pump. Found a lower price immediately after purchase and Poolbay was happy to price match. Great service, good price and goods delivered as expected. Highly recommend.
