I ordered a lock ring from this company and it did not last a month. I Emailed them twice and did not receive a response. It turns out they did reply to my email but it went to my spam folder. I talked with Shawn and he told me they will be sending me a refund.
Unfortunately this business is listed as a local brick and mortar with “in store” hours where you can shop and purchase items. However that is not the case. The gentleman working the line was very friendly, but the Google listing is completely inaccurate and should be edited.
The customer service at this company is terrible. They sent me Pleatco filters when I ordered Unicel. It even said Unicel on my order. I got them in April as I like to have them on hand. We don't use the spa in the summer here in Minnesota. I put one in October and it lasted 3 weeks. My spa will not heat if the flow rate is not high enough due to the clogged filter. I used the spa 4 times. I called Shawn and he said none of his warehouses had Unicel filters and they would not take the brand new wrapped filters back as it had... read more
