Aok they told me when my cover was shipped very good customer service got looploc cover with a low price no problem
Very pleased with my experience shopping with pool and spa, good range of products and great service
These guys have so many different items to fit your needs. Professional and respectful customer service. I highly recommend going through Poolandspa.com for your pool and spa purchases.
I ordered a lock ring from this company and it did not last a month. I Emailed them twice and did not receive a response. It turns out they did reply to my email but it went to my spam folder. I talked with Shawn and he told me they will be sending me a refund.
Unfortunately this business is listed as a local brick and mortar with “in store” hours where you can shop and purchase items. However that is not the case. The gentleman working the line was very friendly, but the Google listing is completely inaccurate and should be edited.
