These lot are the best in the business!! I turned up today unannounced as needed chlorine reducer. Greeted by a chap in warehouse took straight to office advised by very experienced staff and got what I needed in under 10mins cannot thank these lot enough !! Best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced!! 5 star !!
My 10 year old hot tub burst a plastic filter seal. I had the part number but could not source the exact part anywhere. I took a punt and emailed pool and spa centre. I had an email reply the next morning to say they didn’t stock the exact part but suggested a different part that worked perfectly. I ordered there and then and it was with me within 2 days.
