TERRIBLE experience. Pool was leaking water. Dave, Pool World owner, said to cap main drain and install a new liner to remedy issue. Liner was only 6 yrs old and no leak was detected in liner. WE TRUSTED DAVE, so we followed his instructions and paid him to cap the main drain (bottom of pool) and installed a new liner (approx $5K). Now pool doesn’t circulate water. The wrong chemicals were used for our salt water pool , and we discovered it one week after closing when the cover was knocked in by a falling branch. While replacing the cover, the pool that was crystal clear the day before it was closed one week after closing was clouded, and on the superficial steps that could be seen through the haziness of the water solid crystals of pool chlorine covered the bottom.
