I bought a new Viking Aurora III therapeutic spa/hottub from Pool World in Feb 2000 - no financing - pd. full amount by check (6,262.92). For the 1st 3 years, I had various and time-consuming problems: motherboard had to be replaced, heater failed, etc, etc. Pool World fixed it at their own sweet time. The last breakdown was July 2013. Emptied tub per maintenance schedule, cleaned & scrubbed, filled tub and hit breaker - nothing:( I contacted Pool World - waited 9 weeks! Purchased the above ground pool at Pool World. Worse experience ever. Service is horrible at best. Salesperson chews tobacco and spits it in an empty soda bottle. Knowledge is poor at best. Purchase the pool anywhere bur Pool world.
