This is one of those businesses where you can tell right away that they genuinely care about helping their customers, not just making a sale. It has been 3 months since my initial inquiry on a new pool cover. I have emailed and called several times. I was told I was not forgotten. Well I was forgotten and ignored. Terrible customer service. Now Sept 3rd and nothing from Pool World. We decided to go with another company and the cover will be installed tomorrow.
Tried out their dart selection. Lots of options. Very helpful and patient as I tried a number of types.
