Tried out their dart selection. Lots of options. Very helpful and patient as I tried a number of types.
I hired Bill and his helper to fix my prime issues. I was ok with biting the bullet and paying $200/hour if they could fix it.They got it to prime once, but I could not get it to prime again. I finally fixed it myself by replacing the pump shaft seal. I felt I should get a rebate because they didn’t fix it, but no luck. Don’t get pool world to fix your problems.

These guys are awesome. They have come out to fix our pool with minimal notice. They provide personalized service. Eventhough we have another store closer to us, we still drive to them because of their service.
