Contacted them May 23rd about hot tub service. They said end of June they were available and would reach out about coming up the never did Called July 13th to get them out here and they won’t return them.
Poor customer service. Have called and done online requests for service and no one is returning messages either over the phone or email. I expected better from a local company
Great place!! Family friendly place to get all your pools darts and billiards. Foosball tables air hockey ping pong they've got the best of everything you might need for a game rooms.
Bought a $6,000 pool table just 2 years ago and called to see if they could move it or take it a part and had one of my worst customer service experiences.
