It has been 3 months since my initial inquiry on a new pool cover. I have emailed and called several times. I was told I was not forgotten. Well I was forgotten and ignored. Terrible customer service. Now Sept 3rd and nothing from Pool World. We decided to go with another company and the cover will be installed tomorrow.
Tried out their dart selection. Lots of options. Very helpful and patient as I tried a number of types.
I hired Bill and his helper to fix my prime issues. I was ok with biting the bullet and paying $200/hour if they could fix it.They got it to prime once, but I could not get it to prime again. I finally fixed it myself by replacing the pump shaft seal. I felt I should get a rebate because they didn’t fix it, but no luck. Don’t get pool world to fix your problems.
