Pool works is the best. I’ve used them for my house, a competitive Endless pool, and at rental property. If I ever have an issue, which is rare, they respond immediately to text or phone call. Josh and the employees at Pool works are top-notch, easy, five stars.
I’ve used Pool Works for over a decade. Josh has always been great at responding to and dealing with issues as they arise, but their weekly service quality has diminished to the point I have had to make a change. The consistency in who they send out has become an issue for me. They no longer communicate about issues that are arising until it’s too late.
