Sadly, I did not have a good experience with this company. They came recommended by a friend and fellow pool contractor. I contacted them for a pool heater quote, they came out to take measurements and discussed it with me, but they never got back to me on a quote. Even though I repeatedly followed up. They wasted my time and disappointed me.
Watched employees if this company road rage in a quick trip parking lot, the driver yelled and cussed out the other driver. Truck tag number of the company was ORL 743.
After agreeing to a year of service earlier this week and scheduling an initial cleaning today for our new in gound quartz plaster pool, they came out and then left without contacting me. My wife called me to say she saw someone came out on the ring camera, however, they didn't do anything. I had to follow up a couple hours later in the afternoon with no answer.
