Extremely disappointing experience. I completed a full ceramic tile installation with high-quality workmanship, and the final result had zero issues. The homeowner was very satisfied with the work. Despite this, the company refused to pay my remaining balance of $4,200 CAD. Instead, they told me I would only get paid if I agreed to take on another job for them. I am writing this review to share my real experience with Pool Works in Ottawa and to warn others. I worked with this company on a full ceramic swimming pool installation. The quality of my work was excellent, with no defects or issues at all. The end client was very happy, and everyone who worked on the project was satisfied with the results.
