I’ve been to Kustom Scapes Pools in Edgewater several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Most recently, they helped me out with all the chemicals I needed after running a test on my pool water. They didn’t just sell me the products — they took the time to explain exactly how to apply everything properly, which I really appreciated. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. It’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend them for any pool needs!
I have been coming to the Edgewater location before it was under new management for years. This year, it’s new people AND let me tell you about the gem of a man who works there. There are two older guys who I haven’t experienced, but there are two younger guys. One of them has short hair and was with the old company and he was always very kind and to the point. This is our first pool and Kustom Scapes has been wonderful to work with. Their staff is all very helpful from product sales in Edgewater, service staff for repairs, and their billing department. Just an overall great experience. I will continue to use them and am so happy they are close to home!
