I showed up at 4:59pm right before they closed. There was a couple other people who just showed up as well. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name working, but he helped each of us quickly and was very respectful even tho we were in the store past closing time. He tested my pool water and told me exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will absolutely be back.
Crew that serviced and winterized my pool were friendly and professional. They competed their work efficiently. And went out of their way to remove all debris left over from performing the job.
So pleased with KustomScapes! They are very knowledgeable and patient. I spoke with the Regional Manager Kelsey who listened to my lack of knowledge, was able to educate me, and went above and beyond by sharing some great info on food trucks I saw on their social media page - it’s what enticed me to work with their team. Go KustomScapes! (I LOVE the pink theme btw!)
I just had a pool closing. The technicians were very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
