Terrible place. Make the drive to Leslie's instead. No one here ever seems to know what they are talking about, it's always someone new or in training. The final straw for me was when I came in for a simple water test and they couldn't do that or even sell me anything because their computer systems were down. Just put a closed sign on the door if you can't do anything. Don't make people wait 20 minutes before telling them it will take another 10 at least before anything works. I showed up at 4:59pm right before they closed. There was a couple other people who just showed up as well. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name working, but he helped each of us quickly and was very respectful even tho we were in the store past closing time. He tested my pool water and told me exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will absolutely be back.

Crew that serviced and winterized my pool were friendly and professional. They competed their work efficiently. And went out of their way to remove all debris left over from performing the job.
