My pool has looked terrible all summer. Can’t get a hold of anyone. I pay 139/week for maintenance and my pool is green. They had a bad batch of chlorine tablets for a couple of weeks and I was still responsible for maintenance payments on a pool that we could not use. I don’t like leaving reviews like this as It is in my nature to see the best in ppl and want to work through things, but I’ve been taken advantage of, it’s been expensive and I don’t feel taken care of.
Started off good and went downhill. Found out they were using a credit card from last year to charge me while also caching check for the same services. They won't return calls, texts, emails, voicemails. On their last visit (just before I noticed the charges), they broke a piece of equipment and just left-no call, no note, nothing. They won't return calls, texts, emails, voicemails for that either. Watch your back with these guys, they start off nice and then string you along with issues and excuses.
