They don't answer the phone often but when they do, the guy is typically not interested in helping. Will calls are always unsuccessful. Counterhelp comes and goes quickly and can't seem to hold onto them for long term. Managers seem burned out and hit and miss on attitude. Ice machine hasn't worked for years. No longer open on Saturdays during Spring/Summer. This place could use a clean sweep so to speak.

I have used this business for several years, always courteous and helpful.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m an attorney and a general contractor. I walked in with my elderly mother and we were treated worse than I can recall being treated at any other business. Unbelievable. Update: I was there with my wife and my elderly (disabled) mother. At no point did we make any demands, bluster, or harangue your salesperson. We politely asked whetheryou carried an umbrella slip and were immediately greeted with hostility from him. A simple apologywould have been easy, but instead you have chosen to lie... read more
