When I called I got a person and not a machine. He had been getting a lot of calls because of the bad winter we had that pushed down pool covers more and caused more water than usual to spill out. Since I had just opened my pool and it was real low I asked for the first available time which he gave me. The next day he called and said he could make it earlier which was even better. I was not entirely happy with my experience with The Pool Water Guys. I called and scheduled water delivery for after I got my pool liner replaced, the liner company told me I would need the water at a certain time in the installation process because the weight of the water is what helps the liner seat itself. I told the pool water guy what was going on and he understood why I needed it delivered at a specific time.
