I was not entirely happy with my experience with The Pool Water Guys. I called and scheduled water delivery for after I got my pool liner replaced, the liner company told me I would need the water at a certain time in the installation process because the weight of the water is what helps the liner seat itself. I told the pool water guy what was going on and he understood why I needed it delivered at a specific time. On the day of installation we got to the point where we needed the water, and he had not shown up or called. I... read more
Said they would show up and they didn't. They had no intentions of coming to do the job and no intentions of letting me the customer know they couldn't make it out. I understand businesses run into issues but just call and say sorry we are behind and will be out the following day. Letting people sitting at home waiting all day is just bad customer service. Found another company locally to fill our pool.
